I'm three weeks out from the Governor's Cup bodybuilding competition in Sacramento 2016 and I've been doing a lot of research on pre contest prep and I'm going to share with you one compound. Today tiromel t3 which is a thyroid hormone hormone produced by the thyroid naturally also can be purchased as a prescription medication taken orally also can be purchased as a research chemical in a liquid form not for human consumption.
The first let's talk about some of the benefits and then we'll talk about the side effects and what my blood work has shown first of all. I experienced it ten years ago not taking it myself personally but my friends were taking it who were bodybuilders ten years ago during a cycle that where they were taking trend so trend is the most powerful steroid that someone can take, but it lowers the body's natural thyroid hormone so people take t3 to keep their thyroid hormones high, because thyroid affects a protein turnover and you want to have more protein turnover when you're trying to build muscle but mainly it's used for fat loss because the t3 thyroid controls the body's metabolism and the higher your metabolism the more resting calories you're going to burn the problem with t3 is that it doesn't choose muscle over fat over carbs all.
Three fuel sources proteins carbs fat it can pull from them equally unless someone is taking steroids to protect the muscle so that the body will then instead use the fat and the carbs for fuel. But I'm told that even with high doses of antibiotics steroids taking a very high dosage of t3 will still cause muscle loss the body probably naturally
produces and everybody's different, but let's say 20 micrograms per day and I say this because friends are prescribed tiromel t3 are prescribed 15 micrograms per day which makes me think that their bodies probably producing some on its own maybe like five micrograms they're supplementing it with 15 micrograms to make a total of 20 micrograms to bring them into the normal.
Zone a lot of t3 cycles on line say to start with 25 micrograms and do it for like two weeks I don't understand the point though if our natural levels are already around 20 micrograms why would we start out with a dosage that would shut down our natural production, but not give us any more actual free thyroid hormone oh and speed up the metabolism above baseline. So if I'm taking t3 I'm going to start at 50 micrograms per day and a lot of people say to step it up to 75 or 100 but my fear would be that 75 or 100 would cause too much muscle loss it seems from what I've looked into that 50 micrograms is a good balance between increasing the metabolism burning a lot more fat without sacrificing muscle now if I had to lose a lot of fat and I could also spare osing some muscle. If fat loss was the prior the primary concern I didn't care so much about preserving the muscle I might step it up to 75 or 100 micrograms per day and this is an oral dosage and I would probably take it twice a tad take half of the dosage in the morning and half at night that way it would keep the levels pretty consistent throughout the day and evening disclaimer is I'm not recommending anybody take t3. I'm just giving some information here and most importantly I want to talk about the main side if the most risky side effect of t3 is that it could shut down the natural production of t3 in the body. Forever right and this is what I hear on a lot of the YouTube videos that you could take tiromel t3 and then your body will never produce it again this is the same concern that a lot of people have with steroids, because if they're afraid if they take testosterone that their body will shut down not produce testosterone and they'll never be able to produce testosterone again that.
That's a concern doesn't necessarily usually happen but it's a risk all right. So my I've done about 4 T 3 cycles short cycles and let's say I've been in about the 50 microgram range I did seventy five micrograms also before and I've gotten my blood tested every time and my thyroid right afterwards bounced back immediately. There was no suppression or if there was suppression my body immediately kicked back in production no side effects whatsoever. I've never felt any side effects from t3 at 50 micrograms. They say at seventy five micrograms you feel lethargic a little more tired
fatigued I don't know if I've experienced that either. I mean if the times that I've taken 75 micrograms I was also dining with no carbohydrates and that already makes you more fatigued than I feel like that the tiromel t3 could ever make me feel fatigued so I actually feel very comfortable with tiromel t3. I feel it flight to me to my body it's very safe. I have no side effects from it whatsoever, but I also don't think it's any kind of a miracle I mean it definitely speeds up the metabolism a little bit. I can tell because my body temperature increases but it's nothing compared to DMP. I mean DMP died nitro phenol causes extreme fat loss and extreme body temperature increases with no risk of shutting down things like the thyroid.
I get a little bit frustrated about how our society is everybody's so paranoid about being sued and so cautious about what they're saying and so risk-averse that they talk about side effects that are so rare that happens so rarely as if they're going to happen every time and then they blow it way out of proportion and I kind of feel like that's what's happening with tiromel t3 . I personally have never known anybody to
have any side effects from from tiromel t3. It's also not a miracle I mean it definitely increases the metabolism and burn some fat like I said you can feel it with the body temperature, but it's so mild but I don't say everything is mild because DNP is mild well it depends on the dosage. I have a DNP video series I did which is the most extreme most dangerous fat burner than anybody could take but it's all about the dosage same thing with t3. I suppose you could take 150 micrograms of t3 then you might have some serious side effects but think about how many fold that is over above your natural levels it seems crazy to do that much and then most certainly. I don't think there's any anabolics that could prevent a huge amount of muscle loss if someone was to actually taking 150 micrograms I've never taken t3 for more than 6 weeks at a time so potentially if someone were to take it much longer than that maybe the shutdown of the thyroid would be permanent but at 6 weeks at 50 micrograms per day, I've never had any suppression or shutdown of my natural thyroid that didn't immediately bounce back after.
I stopped so here is the true benefit the real benefit of tiromel t3 and I noticed it during my first bodybuilding competition where I did a seven week preparation for it and I lost a huge amount of fat during that seven weeks. I probably lost a three pounds of fat per week for seven weeks straight and was absolutely shredded like 4 or 5 percent body fat veins popping out of my apps and everything all right so I did a no carbohydrate diet for 7 weeks ok pretty much a ketosis diet my body was running off of just fats my brain everything running off of fats only which definitely proves you do not need to eat carbohydrates, because my stamina my energy was incredible now when you drop carbohydrates out though and you restrict calories a lot your metabolism can really slow down and then you burn a lot less calories per day and then it becomes exponentially more difficult to lose fat the more fat you lose well for those seven weeks. I didn't plateau at all I was taking t3 and it was keeping my metabolism up about 50 micrograms a day although. I stepped it up to that I did start with the 25 because I didn't know better at that time so I did 25 for a while but if I wasn't on the t3 my metabolism would have slowed down and I would have hit some plateaus, because my body would have gone from burning 3,500 calories a day in the beginning. When I was eating a lot of food too then my body starts getting used to only eating 1400 calories a day and then so then my body is only burning 2,000 calories a day and then I'm only at a six hundred calorie a day deficit which is not enough fat loss, because that would mean you only lose one pound of fat every six days assuming you're even burning all fat because there's 3,600 calories in a pound of fat 3600 divided by 600 calories deficit per day means six days which means one pound of fat loss every six days that wouldn't cut it for the competition. I needed to be losing like a half pound of fat every day or every other day people usually stack the t3 with clen clenbuterol and then to preserve and harden . The muscle they'll throw in an oral steroid like winstrol or anavar or something like that for a cutting cycle and they'll usually do it for about six weeks. Because not supposed to go over six weeks with an oral steroid like that or it's a little bit too toxic on the liver plus the oral steroids. They say kind of stopped working after six weeks I kind of lose their effect the body kind of adapts to them the other element of fat loss that people stack with things like t3 clenbuterol anavar winstrol is an estrogen blocker because estrogen in the body makes your body hold onto fat makes fat very resistant to being burned.
So people will take something like letrozole Arimidex aromasin ex Mustaine Nova Dex clomid tourmaline tamoxafin a lot of those are synonyms for the same thing or brand names but that's some examples of things that people take to either block estrogen or eliminate testosterones conversion to estrogen and with the lower estrogen levels combined with the Klan to increase. The metabolism and activate the
beta receptor part of the cell fat cells in addition to the tiromel t3 to raise the metabolism you create a larger energy deficit and you make the fat cells more accessible also yohimbine hydrochloride and what some of the products. That with enhanced athlete's CodeRed fat burner and yohimbine have a lot of ingredients to free up those stubborn fat cells, because you've got to free the fat from the cell and then you got to burn it and those are two completely different processes all right.
